Already have your jobs in a different system? No worries! Stratas offers several ways to import or upload your jobs from an applicant tracking system (ATS), human resources information system (HRIS), or other system.
You can import jobs to Stratas via the following mechanisms:
- XML Feed - Use an XML feed URL to dynamically create and update all of your jobs in Stratas. Our system will refresh the jobs nightly to ensure they are always up to date.
- JSON Feed - Use a JSON feed URL to dynamically create and update all of your jobs in Stratas. Our system will refresh the jobs nightly to ensure they are always up to date.
- CSV Import - Manually import your jobs from a spreadsheet. Jobs will be imported once.
If you'd like to use an XML or JSON feed to import jobs, please contact our support team. To import jobs via spreadsheet (CSV), navigate to the jobs table. Above the table to the right, click the 'Upload' icon. Upload your spreadsheet of jobs and they'll appear in Stratas!
