Uh oh! Something isn't working. Now what?
Should you encounter any issues while using Stratas that you'd like to report to the Randall Reilly team, you can leverage the Contact Us form. Within Stratas, click the question mark icon in the top right of the header navigation.
A form will appear. Under request type, select 'Issue'. Then provide details about what you're experiencing and how it's impacting you. Attaching a screenshot or screen recording will help ensure our support team can troubleshoot effectively.
Mark the priority accordingly. Is the issue preventing you from using Stratas altogether? Set the issue as 'High' priority. Is the problem just a minor annoyance? Set the issue as 'Low' priority.
Once you've completed the form, click submit. Our support team will begin troubleshooting and contact you as soon as possible with more information and solutions.
