How do I review Stratas Agent call recordings and conversation summaries?
- All leads and a brief summary of each call are automatically pushed to your ATS.
- To find them, filter leads in your ATS by Source: RR-Stratas.
- In Stratas, the Stats dashboard shows total calls to the Agent, unique calls to the Agent, total leads generated, unique leads generated, and total confirmed passed to the ATS.
- To review recordings, open Lead Details for a call in Stratas. From that view you can click the recording, filter, and export.
