How do I review Stratas Agent call recordings and conversation summaries?

  • All leads and a brief summary of each call are automatically pushed to your ATS. 
  • To find them, filter leads in your ATS by Source: RR-Stratas.
  • In Stratas, the Stats dashboard shows total calls to the Agent, unique calls to the Agent, total leads generated, unique leads generated, and total confirmed passed to the ATS.
  • To review recordings, open Lead Details for a call in Stratas. From that view you can click the recording, filter, and export.
