What data does Stratas Agent collect and how is it protected?
- Stratas Agent collects the driver name, phone, email, ZIP code, driver type (Company/Owner-operator/Team/Student), years of experience, preferred routes (regional/local/OTR), current employer and tenure, best callback time, and call/SMS consent.
- Data is encrypted in transit (SSL) and at rest in our databases.
- By default, call recordings and collected data are retained for the life of the account. However, data retention can be set per client.
- For example, some clients request a 30-day holding window.
- If you need a different retention period, let your Randall Reilly rep know and we’ll update the settings.
- Your Cognitive Core stores only what’s needed for your Agent to answer questions and respond accurately based on your pre-approved messaging.
