What names have changed in the new Stratas navigation?
With the switch to a single Stratas platform, we've removed module names and renamed some pages.
Previously, Stratas contained different modules (Reach, Analyze, and Strategize) accessible through a waffle menu. With the updated navigation, all parts of Stratas are accessible through the side navigation, and module names have been removed from the navigation.
Several changes have been made, including:
- What used to be Strategize is now called Market Intelligence.
- "View Job Competition" shows wages, posting counts, and more from job postings gathered across the internet. Previously, this was called the "Competition" section of Strategize.
- "See Marketing Costs" shows the average cost per lead, cost per hire, and lead-to-hire ratio for Randall Reilly-run driver campaigns. Previously, this page was called "Market Trends."
- "Investigate Markets" gives the Recruiting Difficulty Score and other metrics specific to a location/market. There is also a page where you can compare different markets by viewing a map and a results table. Previously, this section was called "Locations."
- Previously, the "Driver Insights" and "Mechanic Insights" of Strategize were separated, but the new navigation shows both occupation types in the same navigation.
- What used to be Analyze in now called Reporting
- "Review Performance" displays high-level metrics about your campaign performance, including CPL, CPH, and more. This page also enables you to drill down into specific campaigns and understand your conversion funnel. Previously, this was two separate pages, "Executive Summary" and "Digital Marketing".
- "Explore Hiring Insights" utilizes our matching technology to identify where clients' hires came from, and provides a breakdown of relevant data. Previously, this page was labeled "Hire Insights".
- "View Marketing Assets" provides ads previews for currently running Google, Facebook and YouTube ads as well as links to landing pages. See how many clicks and impressions your ads have. This page was previously labeled "Digital Assets".
- The "View Calls & Forms" dropdown provides links to two pages: Lead Details and Lead Overview.
- The Lead Details page is named the same as previously.
- The Lead Overview page replaces the former "Call & Form Detail" page.
- "Analyze Call Results" is the former Call Disposition Report section, and its pages are named mostly the same. Checkout this section to view how many calls your team is answering and how they are performing on those calls.
- What used to be Reach is now called Jobs
- "Create Jobs" is a revamped version of the job creation process from Reach. Users can create jobs for various sites, companies, and job groups.
- "Manage Jobs" is the hub for viewing and editing all existing jobs. Users can activate and deactivate jobs, update job details, and more!
