Where do I find a location's Recruiting Difficulty Score?

The Recruiting Difficulty Score (RDS) is a proprietary metric that looks at lead and hire metrics along with the posting competition and driver interest in an area to come up with a score so Stratas users can estimate how difficult it should be to hire drivers in an area. The score is given on a 1-10 scale, where 10 is the most difficult.

To find a location's RDS, navigate to the "Market Overview" page under the "Investigate Markets" header in the Market Intelligence section of Stratas.

From there, search for your desired location, and its RDS will be shown at the top of the page.

RDS's are given for states, metropolitan statistical areas, and counties.
